We use the highest quality timbers – including hardwoods, softwoods and pine – mainly sourced from leading timber supplier.
Our erecting service is professional, efficient and reliable, with all work completed to the highest standards. What’s more, we guarantee full compliance with all health and safety regulations and our staff are all fully-trained to industry standards.
We offer three levels of timber frames:
• Normal – exceeds current building regulations.
• Intermediary – including the ‘Tyvek House Wrap’ breather membrane to external face; 140mm Stud specification; protection vapour control foil; 25 x 50mm Rock laths; a reflective air gap to provide added insulation.
• Higher – involves replacing the ‘Tyvek House Wrap’ with a foil breather membrane which also includes a metallised low emissivity surface.

Environmentally-friendly eco-homes use solar gain, solar energy, heat recovery and renewable energy sources. Features of eco-homes include:
• External wall panels made from high quality 140x38mm pressure treated timber
• Panel construction consists of vertical studs at 600mm centres
• Face of the external panels sheathed with 9mm OSB3 board
• Choice of ‘breather membrane’
